coating
Mirror coating:

_MG_9951.jpgThe mirrors are coated with several thin metallic or dielectric layers and their combinations.

The pure materials as Al, Cr, CrNi, Ag, Au etc. are used for metallic layers, the oxides materials SiO, TiO, SiO2 and TiO2 etc. for the dielectric layers. It is possible to order also films from next coating materials.

The mirrors for telescopes are mostly coated with Al and protective dielectric layers, which can in their right combination increase the reflection in ordered wide band. The SiO or SiO2 increase the reflection of Al layer till 92%, the simply dielectric lamella on 94%, double lamella on 96%, but the high reflection band is narrower.

The Al layer can be protected with MgF2 for UV or VUV applications.

Dielectric films coating:

We are coating all basic dielectric thin films systems, as filters, mirrors, beam splitters, antireflections, conductive films dichroic mirrors and band pass filters, cold or hot mirrors etc. for the spectral range from UV to IR band .

The interference mirrors can reflect 99% of accident light of course only in narrow band.

The cold mirror reflect all visible light and transmit most of IR radiation .

The interference filters are choosing the narrow spectral range from light from 1 to 10 nm and are creating in combination with interference mirrors and adsorbing filter glasses the filters for many special optical devices.

The beam splitters are dividing the light beam into two beams with the possibly same intensity. They are used mostly for accident angle 45o.

The stop band filter for UV reflect all UV radiation and transmit all visible light .

We are using for coating most frequent materials SiO2, TiO2 and their combinations, incidental MgF2 and ZnS. It is possible to use the next suitable materials. Also is possible to combine dielectric layers with metal ones.

Quartz resonator coating:

We are coating the quartz resonators for thin films thickness measure heads and similar purpose.

We are coating the ones of diameter 14 mm with Ag or Cr according to order.

We can coat the ones with another diameter, too.

Antireflection films:

We are coating all basic type of antireflection film systems for UV, VIS and IR range bands.

We are coating all lenses, windows, phase plates and next type of surfacec according to order.

We use for films coating mostly MgF2 or SiO2 and TiO2, occasionally MgF2 and ZnS .

There is possible to order the surfaces or to send them to us.

The maximum dimensions of surfaces are given with the film system, too, optimally from 100 till 200 mm, maximally to 600 mm .

Pass filters:

These dielectric system is used for the suppressing of not required band of light. There is the example of lamp screen with the suppressing of UV band of light, the protecting glass towards to laser beams or hot mirrors reflecting not required near IR radiation.
