Our workshop produces planar, spherical and aspherical mirrors. Asphericity is possible to reach several micrometers from sphere. We can perform grinding and polishing of products up to diameter 500 mm limited by our machines. The edges of mirrors are grinded by diamond instrument and it is possible to make any reasonable shape of aperture.

The materials used for their manufacture are crown, Simax, Zerodur, Sittal, metals etc.

We guarantee λ/10 surface accuracy of mirrors with adequate thickness and material like quartz, Zerodur. Using Simax, Pyrex or crown we reach something lower accuracy. Surfaces can be measured either Fisba spherointerferometer, Zeiss Fizeau interferometer or by Ronchi test. For measurement of optical systems we are using several autocollimation plane mirrors to diameter of 400 mm. Microroughness of surfaces reaches to several nm using pitch polisher and rouge.

The products can be coated according to request of customers, layers or their systems for UV, visible or IR branches of spectrum with adequate reflexivity.

The mirrors are used for scientific, industrial purposes, as parts of optical systems. We are producing paraboloidal primaries for Newton telescopes or two-mirror systems with common profiles of surfaces. The ratio thickness to diameter is choosen 1/6-8 to prevent mechanical deformations. We can support the mirrors in cells but having only limited possibility for this.
